extremely clean. The bathroom was spacious and well-designed. The breakfast offered a good variety, but it could have changed a little each day for more variety.

I can't believe the lack of cleanliness in the room! I found dried blood stains in the bathroom, and despite asking multiple times, the staff did nothing to properly clean it. Being gaslit by the front desk just added to my frustration. all I wanted was a room that was clean and safe for my family.

Mr. N. Lazah at the front desk made our stay delightful with his engaging conversation. The refreshing walk-in shower and satisfying breakfast spread were definite highlights of our weekend getaway.

i had a fantastic time at the fairfield inn! the breakfast was great with plenty of options, especially the perfectly cooked bacon. the pool was refreshing and the hot tub was relaxing, though i wished the jets were stronger. also, the facility was super clean and i loved the non-slip walk-in shower. mr lazah at the front desk was really fun to chat with!

While the room was clean and the layout spacious, interactions with the front desk staff were disappointing. they often seemed unwelcoming and inattentive. Additionally, the gift shop was consistently unstocked throughout our stay, which was frustrating.

Montrose is a hidden gem for culinary enthusiasts! I savored some homemade delights at nearby eateries like Melt Bar and Grilled, a must-try for food lovers. The hotel room was clean and comfy, and the shower? Pure bliss! A bonus was that the mini fridge kept my midnight snacks nice and chilly.

Unfortunately, the breakfast scene was a bit of a flop—out of coffee by 8:30 am! Plus, we had a few pesky ants on the nightstand which was a bit of a buzzkill. And let's not forget the not-so-friendly desk attendant during our early check-in rush.

A great time with friends! We loved exploring nearby spots like Summit Mall and taking a hike at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The hotel was clean, with a spacious king studio suite, and the staff was friendly. The location made it easy to grab food and shop.

However, the breakfast was disappointing. They ran out of several items, including coffee and waffles, which we were really looking forward to.

Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness was a serious concern, with dried stains present upon check-in that took multiple requests to address. The heater in the room produced constant noise, which disrupted sleep, and the bed comfort left much to be desired, with pillows lacking proper support. The thermostat seemed more for show, as it didn’t impact the room temperature effectively, further adding to the discomfort.

Decent option for a short weekend trip in Montrose at a budget-friendly price. The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. Call ahead to see if there are large groups staying, it can get noisy.
